Talk therapy- Individual
Virtual Therapy. This is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Couples Intensive
Virtual Therapy. This is designated for couples to jumpstart their healing journey. A 1 -day intensive couples therapy is an 8 hour program. Insurance does not cover couples intensives.
1-Day | $2100+ | Get started
Individual Intensive
Virtual Therapy. This is designated for individuals to process trauma beyond the 60 minute session. A 1-day intensive is an 8 hour program. Insurance does not cover individual intensives.
